Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1 is sourced from 3000 coffee producers located near the shores of Lake Toba (formed from a supervolcano) in the province of North Sumatra on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. On average, producers cultivate coffee on 2.5 acres of land using their own micro-mills to depulp and dry coffee.
